BOARD OF DIRECTORS

PID 20 Advisory Board Members:

Barry Smith: Barry owns and operates several used car lots on East Lancaster. He and his father, Lynn Smith, own thirteen properties on the street and have been associated with the automobile industry for many years.

James Hogg: James Hogg has worked in the real estate business for more than forty years as an appraiser, broker, and property manager.  He retired as an MAI appraiser and is now working with the Haydn Cutler Company where he manages over 55 retail and industrial properties around the country.  James manages the Oakland Corner Shopping Center.

Michael Shedd is a U S Army veteran and a 25-year veteran of the Fort Worth Police Department, where he retired as a Deputy Chief.  He was instrumental in the establishment of the public improvement district and stays active in the community where he serves on several nonprofit boards.  Michael is currently serving as the President of the East Fort Worth Business Association

Sigifredo Munoz: Sigi is a long-time owner of a number of commercial properties along East Lancaster Avenue. He has a business and Real estate background and has seen the potential in the East Lancaster corridor for many years. He has reinvested in and improved several properties along the corridor.
